Have you ever read something, while at the "same time" listening to something (radio, TV, video, ...) in the "background", ánd, have you then noticed that, as you read the word, you heard someone utter it at the "exact time", ánd, have you noticed this coincidence several times?
This is not a rare occurence from personal experience, but it is still somewhat amusing, though not as amusing as it was at first. Because this happens with such a high frequency, I can only assume that it must be a common phenomenon.
There may even be a word describing this phenomenon, but that term may not be well known. I don't know about it.
