Credits should always come last. Most nodes do not care about who did what, and those who are genuinely interested will look it up.

Movies that don't show credits at the beginning; Contact (1997), Supernova (2000), Pitch Black (2000), and a very, very few other movies, I'd imagine based on statistics so far.
Rather than taking a hint, most of them even blow a lot of money spriting up the opening credits, because they're so boring. Yeah, they're boring, irrelevant, so take hint, put them last.
